According to this study we conclude the following:

• His status is evident basing on the great number of his sheikhs and the variety of his written material.
• Many books full of Ayahs and prophetic traditions have been written without gaining acceptance among scholars like that gained by his book (Fath al Qareeb al Mujeeb).
• The attention of Ibn Al Gharabili in rhetoric of terms with the linguistic and lexical meanings.
• His care in clarifying and explaining definitions of jurisprudential terms.
• His interest in making clear the reason behind choosing the names of the terms.
• His interest in linguistic preciseness of terms.
• The knowledge of the author in the jurisprudential material bared of ayahs and prophetic traditions.

conform with the changes

Therefore God imposed on people worship which has its purposes and effects in the reform of the individual and society, in recommending selves and repair hearts. These acts of worship, although it was originally rites devotional purely it should be done whatever human understanding is reduced towards the dimensions of its purposes and effects, which probably got him without feeling it; the knowledge of these purposes make the person who do it feel safe because of its greatness, and the jurisprudence of its effects increased the fruit in the spirit of the perpetrator.

(The purposes of worship in the Holy Quran) it includes a boot and two themes:
First topic: the purposes of worship in the Qur'an relating to the individual.
The second topic: the purposes of worship in the Holy of society.
Then finale showed the most important findings and recommendations.

I was collected in this study ,what is to be distinguish ( Sader Alshreeah ) in his book ( Altaodeeh fee hall khawamed Altankeeh ),and what is he declared to isolated for it .And I showed every distinguish ,in subject or special demand for his book . I was explained this issue abbreviated shape which distinguish located for it , and I tried to judgment for every distinguish after search and study , and is this distinguish it is real distinguish or if it is saying to another person and is he avoid all problems and objections or not .
In addition to this I was reached to result in order to able reader to know of it through this study

Moses narrative is the most widely mentioned in the Holy Quran where their events deal with the details of Moses before birth till standing in the Holy Land . Allah has destined Bani Israel to wander for forty years in Sinai desert. So, this study deals with the event in the Quranic narrative selecting Moses narrative as a model for analysis.
The study consists of an introduction and four sections. The introduction identifies the concepts of the study: narrative and Quranic narrative. Each section analyses a prominent event, where section one entitled Moses exogenesis from Egypt to Madian, His marriage and His work. Section two includes the event of Moses asking for knowledge from the good servant. Section three deals with event of Moses invitation for Pharaoh to Allah. Section four talks about the event of Moses invitation for Bani Israel to enter the Holy Land and then entering the village.
The study adopts an objective and analytical study of the Quranic narrative to reveal its dimensions and references.

Islamic law has given great attention to the international relations since the emergence of Islam. This paper sheds light on the Islamic law ordinances with regard to international relations at the time of war. The basis of international relations in Islam is peace and not resorting to war just in case of necessity, self – defense, and protecting the state. If war is a necessity the latter has legal restrictions such as the following: the Muslim warrior shall not kill but for necessity and shall not damage property without excuse. It is strictly forbidden to burn the enemies, make them drown, or mutilate the dead bodies. It is also forbidden to kill ones parents if they are non – Muslim enemy fighters.
Faqihs have agreed that it is forbidden to kill or harm, in any way, civilians who do not take part in fighting, such as women, children, monks, aged sheikhs, and those who are crazy or blind.

The study investigates the history of Jews in the region of Habasha in Africa)called the (Falasha) by discussing the origin on meaning of their name besides expounding their historical roots and the place from which they migrated and the reasons behind their migration besides their social,

economic, and political life conditions. The study also investigates the doctrines and codes of these people and the differences in those aspects between them and the Jews in the rest of the world. The importance of the study stems from the necessity to determine the history of the Falasha Jews and why the Zionists are contemporary interested in these people and why they motivated them to migrate to Palestine in order to increase the number of the Jewish population compared to the Muslims and Christians in the region although Jews despise the Falasha jaws because they have a dark complexion and they consider the blasphemous because they do not believe in the Talmud which is a standard of true belief among Jews.

This paper studies the role of Aktham bin Sayf's and his affect on the Arab society before Islam because he had an active presence on the movement . of the society and had many contribution in different mental, social and cultural aspects and activities . The most distinguished of these are the following :-
1- Wisdom : He was considered as one of the most prominent wiser and was described as the wiser of all Arabs without any competent , what he had said before is suitable and applicable to most present situations .
2- Proverbs: Proverbs are considered as most important subjects tackled by the Arabic mental life as a literary expression of an experience man has lived or acquired through his daily practices, in addition of being mental vision meant to be a sample, and in all of this , Aktham proved to be excellent.
3- Oration: This was one of the mental aspects in the life of Arabs before Islam. At that time, the orator had a great position for his mastering of the language, ability to defend his people and being clear and obvious . Again , Aktham proved to be competent in this respect.

This research contains (61) article which deal with the basic principle of Islamic constitution Erthermore , these articles treat the kind of the regime Social system, economic system and public liberties and basic rights that had beam manifested by our Islamic shariaa which embodied by the Holy Quran and our prophet's sunna.
