Tahan; Asst .Pro . Dr. Yousif Suleiman AL

Collage of Islamic Sciences Magazine, 2013, Volume 7, Issue 15, Pages 50-80

Description carries the reality to the mind of the receiver from a physical to a literary image, since the style of the Holly Quran is descriptive in its stories which express its aims. The choice of the Café story as a model for analysis of description in the Holly Quran is because this story contains four consecutive stories: The story of the cave people, the story of the two men, the believer and nonbeliever, the story of Moses and the good man, the story of Thilqarnain (of two horns). This results in variation in description and variation in forms of expression.
The work includes an introduction and two parts. The introduction specifies the concept of description and its functions. Part one deals with the types of description like the description of personality, events, place according to the contradicting duals: classificatory vs. expressive, objective vs. subjective, simple vs. compound and restrictive vs. free description.
The research adopted an analytical study of descriptive texts AL-Kahf story to investigate the technical and esthetic values and explores the significations of the study.

Collage of Islamic Sciences Magazine, 2013, Volume 7, Issue 15, Pages 81-105

The paper studies "the Quranic definitions". Definitions are of great significance in all various sciences, therefore, scientists have singled out particular writings.
Logicians have paid a great attention to the Quranic definitions. They divided them into four sections: al0Had at-Tam (the perfect characteristics
of the definition) and al-Had an-Naqis (the imperfect characteristics of the definition), on the one handm and, ar-Rasm at-Tam (the perfect effects of
the characteristics) and ar-Rasm an-Naqis (the imperfect effects of the characteristics), on the other hand. They set up many conditions for the definition, the most important of which is that it should be exhaustively unattainable for.
Therefore, the importance of the Quranic definitions and its characteristics have been examined and discussed.

Dimensions conversations clemency disobedient and non-Muslims - an analytical study -

Dr .Zeaad Mohammad Khdaer

Collage of Islamic Sciences Magazine, 2013, Volume 7, Issue 15, Pages 106-157

This study deals with humanitarian relations showing how man should deal with parents, children, relatives, neighbors, friends and other peoples in addition to enemies and opponents. Sunna has explained all the aspects of the social, economic and political relations.
Humanitarian relations in the Prophet texts are based on justice, mercy, compassion and other good morals and sublime values. Prophet Mohammed urges the Muslims, in His sayings and actions, to deal compassionately with those obeying Him but it is rather strange to find that He urges them to do the same with those disobeying. Dealing with the disobedient and non–Muslims, as many think, should be based on violence and force but this is not true as Prophet Mohammed was sent as a mercy for all the humanity.
This study focus on this great aspect through reviewing the Prophet sayings and actions indicating compassion with the disobedient and non–Muslims showing that compassion with the disobedient is not against sharia limits and orders. This is does not also indicate the negligence of corruption and the impedance of enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong as such things are of the basic aspects of Islam.
Dealing compassionately with the disobedient does not also indicate the abandon of differences among Islam and other religions and praising other false religions and corrupted doctrines as this will lead to equity among the right and the false as we have no right to equate those whom Allah has differentiated.
Compassion and mercy are adopted in certain situations. When reviewing the Sunna, one could see that the Prophet has adopted force in dealing with some people and one has no right to claim that compassion should have been adopted as the Prophet has adopted the adequate procedures in the adequate situations.
The Prophet sayings teach us how to deal compassionately with the disobedient and non–Muslims through reviewing them in two sections.
Concerning limits and punishments, there are certain kinds of compassion. Sunna refers to forgiving the disobedient before being referred to the ruler and the ruler could delay the punishment as possible as he could. We are not allowed to scoff of those punished if they have true belief.
The attempt to divert the intention of the disobedient, treating them, both materially and significantly, and calling them wisely and gently is of the greatest aspects of compassion.
Repentance is also characterized by compassion through its simple requirements that make the repentant as the one who has committed no sins and mistakes.
Other kind of compassion is guiding the disobedient to causes of Allah forgiveness as many texts insist on compassionately treating the disobedient after their death whether they are repentant or not.
Texts also indicated that the disobedient should be well treated and investigating their actions, listening to their excuses, defending those who have good deeds and attempting not to punish them due to their good deeds.
Non–Muslims should also be treated compassionately as texts warn against the killing of those under custody.
The Prophet texts also guided the well treatment of prisoners and forgiving them after being captured even if they were enemies.
Texts also show that praying God for the disobedient is preferred as the Prophet Mohammed used to do so.
Prophet Mohammed also dealt compassionately with the hypocrites despite they intended aggression towards the Muslims.
The Prophet Texts also showed that when non–Muslims are dying the Muslim should be willing to make them die as Muslims as this could be a mean for their survival in the hereafter.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) and offered himself to the Arab tribes in the seasons of Hajj

Dr. Khatab Ismail Ahmed

Collage of Islamic Sciences Magazine, 2013, Volume 7, Issue 15, Pages 158-196

This research aims at giving the accurate details of the messengers calling straqes (pray be up him), in the Mecca time particularly that is related to the stage of talking to the Arab tribes himself in pilgrimage times, Which was the final stage of Islam calling at that time, started in the tenth year of the expedition (Mission) probably in addition to.
Characterization of this stage comparing With other preceding stages and the style adopted by the honorable Messenger in his calling at that stage including the reasons that were behind adoption of such a new calling s style.
So, the calling was started secretly for (3) years, in the fourth year it turned into public but, it was gradual where the messenger did not move to a public calling directly. Out in the beginning his honor directed the calling to his closest relatives as described by glorious Quran who are his cousins like Abd-Manaf then in a short time the calling took the public way to all quraish people and Mecca's as well.
But a Mixture was made in the references between these two stages, the publicly made calling was held in terms of a warning to his closest relatives based on reasons mentioned before and the messengers move at the pilgrimage times to call the Arab tribes to Islam, the stage was divided into two ones first of which was the public calling to Islam, started in (4-9) of Islamic expedition and second was to talk to the Arabic tribes himself in the tenth year of expedition after Al- taief plight, concentration was made on this stage in which the messenger waived to those tribes not necessarily they would be converted into Islam on condition that they would protect and guard his honor until he would accomplish his religious call.
Also in this research there is a list of names of Arab tribes to which the of the Messenger talked in person and the debated he held with them and their attitudes towards his call, the total of the tribes mentioned by the referuces were (20) tribes only and this does not harmonize with a length of one time period of the pilgrimage seasons which continued for more than (3) months, so we preferred that all of them were the tribes to which the messenger introduced his call in one season, it is the pilgrimage season for the tenth year of the expedition in addition to the new style adopted by the messenger to talk the tribes in person, It indicates that this stage differs from the preceding stages which have started in the year (4-9) of the honorable expedition, reasons of his adoption of the new style were clarified in the study.

Collage of Islamic Sciences Magazine, 2013, Volume 7, Issue 15, Pages 197-225

There is no doubt that every aspect of the ideological movement in any Islamic country is coloured by the religions nature a cross history. This colour has been gradually dominating the Islamic thought towards a scientific nature in general .
Sufism in the western part of the Arab word is part of the Arab Islamic Sufism due to the western Sufi theories it bequeathed and the
profound effects on the eastern Sufi thought . During the early times of the liberation wars the Arab west stayed clean of any dogmatic derivations and heterodoxies that distorted Islam . Worshiping and recitation of the clorious Quran and Prophetic Tradition ( Hadeeth ) was the central activity until some strange theirs started to appear here and there because the people of the east were the first to hold debates because of the sum of heterodox waves and creeds .

Theory gain when Asharis

Dr .Raid Salem Sharif

Collage of Islamic Sciences Magazine, 2013, Volume 7, Issue 15, Pages 226-256

Acts can be divided into two divisions:
The compulsory section is that man has nothing to do with it in creation nor in depiction, stomach movement, whether she/he is a male or female. This section man never asks nor is he awarded, nor punished on it. He is merely a creature for Allah be He exalted by the sect unanimously.
And an optional section in which man finds himself between two situations: thanks and path; the right and the wrong; debauchery and act, man's tendency, his allotment of on path other than another . Fatalism has gone saying that this section is Allah be He exalted creation, and that no access for man on that sooner or later. Man is a feather in the windward, altered by destiny hand in whatsoever manner it wishes, whilst the secluded said that man is a creator and elected. His choice is mere regardless what Allah's deeds were in connection with. Thus in their perception, man has become a creator of his acts, a founder of his deeds .Saharans have gone to prove a missing circle between man's compulsoriness and his absolute choice which is gaining.
Our research promotes the meaning of gaining , its evidence and the importance of its proof. Such matters and others are the research content.

They are connected through a rule despite their various topics and classifications, thus confirming the harmony of the fiqhi rules and their clarity. This will help the researcher in raising a fiqhi talent in examining fiqhi applications and prevents understanding contradiction.
