Ibn Eshaqs Methodology in Writing theProphetic Biography

Studying the scientific procedures of the muslim schalars who have written about reorophetic biography , is considered one of the important issues in scientific research. For , it givesfor the researcher and the studiers the ability to understand the style which that scholar or the historian has followed in writing the prophetic biography. Among the most prominent scholars is Ibn Isihaq who has preserved for us the prophetic biography in his book Biography of the Invasions.
This study comes to shed light on his procedure in writing the prophetic biography.

Inheritance according to the tribal Tradition in Pre-Islamic Time of the Prophet

Inheritance has occupied a prominent aspect among the pre-Islamic Arabs. The distribution of inheritance differed between urban and rural communities . In urban communities m inheritance was distributed according to the laws that represent the authorities' point of view exemplified in the codes that were established in Mesopotamia like of : ( Ur-Nammu's code, Laws of Eshnunna, and code of Hammurabi ).
The rural community from the other hand distributed the inheritance according to the tribal norms and traditions . This method of distributed in the tribal community even when it adversely effected the life of certain segments in the community The status however changed with the advent of Islam that organized the system of inheritance according to fixed and accepted basis ensuring the rights of everyone of the inheritors without discrimination.

The stylistic analysis of the Quranic stories is categorized by the unequivocal features that give the narrated sequences magnificent and clarity .This emanates from the artistic expression and the coherent and the cohesive structure with which the Glorious Quran is characterized. Since the aesthetes of a text is unveiled by the stylistic study according to different levels of expressions, the research sets out to study the story of Moses ( Peace Be Upon Him ) stylistically , because it has always been described as the most recurrent verse in the Quran. As such , it needs varied contexts and renewed styles of expressions.

The research consist of an introduction and three sections. The introduction contains a list of the artistic objective features of the Moses 's story ( Peace Be Upon Him ) in the Glorious Quran .Then , the perspective and trend of stylistic have been identified .Each of the sections is dedicated to handling one of the stylistic levels. Hence, the first section is devoted to studying the ( Semantic level ),i.e., the semantic study of the utterances and the figures of speech thereof . Whereas , section two is for studying the ( Structural level ) of verbs and sentences. Finally , the third section sets out to study the ( Rhythmical level ) in terms of the narrative sequences and the sound rhythms.

Marriage is legislated to be a relationship and an affinity among human beings and certain rules are legislated for being hold and abrogated. There are also certain conditions for the marriage the important of which is a sane guardian who knows the good people and marriage benefits; otherwise the marriage will be false.
In case the guardian is absent due to travel or something else, will the marriage be false? Or everything will be according to a judged legislative adjustment?
The study mainly deals with the absence and its rules and legislative actions that bring on marriage in case the guardian is absent according to certain legislative conditions.
The study is divided into an introduction explaining the reason behind selecting this subject and three sections. Section one is an introductory section; section two states absence rules and section three deals with impact of guardian absence in marriage and explaining the resulting rules. The study concludes with the main results derived.

The finished research conclusion included the most important findings of this study.

Quietness and Tranquility in the Noble Quran A Semantic Study

The research tries to determine the denotation of "السكينة", "Quietness" and "الطمأنينة", "Tranquility" utterances through the context of the Noble Quran. The research shows that Allah, Praised and Exalted, added "السكينة" to Himself in three locations in the Quran, and that it has connected with the verb "أنزَلَ" in five locations. It has also revealed in time of war and hardship. The research shows that "الطمأنينة" comes in different forms in the Quran in thirteen locations denoting non turbulence. The research determines the denotation of the utterances referring to "السكينة" and "الطمأنينة", such as "الإخبات", "to be humble", "الهَون", "modesty", and "الوقار", "dignity". The research has shown that the Quranic utterances have special and particular denotations, being put, by the Omnipotent, in their precise locations, and that each word brings forward a new meaning.
