Abstract
This study deals with the fiqhi applications of the rule (no lesson behind delusion) one of the minor rules under the famous fiqhi rule (conviction is not eliminated by suspicion). Accordingly, this rule is the second important among fiqhi rules regarding comprehensiveness and richness as it deals with various fiqhi and legislative applications.
Such kind of studies is useful and important where fiqhi applications are collected with their parallels and partials are included with their peers. They are connected through a rule despite their various topics and classifications, thus confirming the harmony of the fiqhi rules and their clarity. This will help the researcher in raising a fiqhi talent in examining fiqhi applications and prevents understanding contradiction.
