Abstract

ABSTRACT
The Prophet companions' sayings are important in Islamic legislation . One saying or action by one of the Prophet companion is more important than theories dealt
with in the books. This study mainly deals with some of
these sayings and actions that indicate various aspects of Usul al–Fiqh in extracting legislative rules. This will improve what scholars state that Usul al–Fiqh was dealt with at the companions era.
