Abstract

This research aims to study the effect of measurement in Shari'ah policy, citing practical models of the Shari'ah measurement for its bases and conditions, Two practical models for Companions of the Prophet Mohammed(Pbuh) have been tackled to demonstrate the impact of measurement in Shariah policy and a model for followers to demonstrate the impact of measurement in Shariah policy. .
