Abstract
There is no doubt that one who contemplates the jurisprudential rulings inherited by the Islamic Ummah from its jurisprudence It is characterized by a set of features that may not exist in other judgments at other nations, and most notably these features This is why I tried to shed light on this feature by reviewing the forensic evidence and the jurisprudential applications of the first generation, and then the generation that followed them from the scholars of the religion who followed their path. The conclusion of the texts on the vices is based on their understanding of the reality surrounding each innovator, while not neglecting the spirit and purposes of the Shari'ah in each chapter of fiqh, and filling them with any pretext that contradicts that purpose while taking into account the necessities and needs of the people. .
