Abstract

This research came to assist students of inheritance science. It deals with the rules of jurisprudence in inheritance. The rule would involve many issues, and the effort would reduce the student's efforts to collect them. The most prominent of these rules dealt with in this research is related with Owners of assumptions and Cliques in inheritance, and the rules for withholding the heirs of one another. The rules discussed in this paper are twelve.
